Terms and Conditions

1. £50.00 deposit is non-refundable.
2. Party balance due a minimum of 7 days before party date.
3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any party for failure to pay balance by due date.
4. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for party guests who cannot attend unless 7 days notice is given.
5. Guaranteed parental seats per party are allocated as per room description.
6. We politely request that guests do not arrive until allocated party time and vacate promptly at the end of the party to allow us time to service the area for the next guests.
7. Any additional siblings accompanying party guests will be charged our normal entrance fees.
8. The Jungle is a parentally supervised play area and parents/guardians remain responsible for children at all times. Recommended minimum ratio 1 adult per 5 children.
9. Children must be under 1.45m (4’9”) to play on the play frame.
10. Children must wear socks and for safety we recommend long trousers and long sleeves.
11. Please ensure you have read and understood our Rules of Play which are displayed within The Jungle reception area.
