Rules of Play & Entry

All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian over 18 at all times.
We provide members of staff who monitor the equipment and have access to the first aid facilities, these staff are not provided to supervise children using the facilities. This is your responsibility.

To ensure the safety of our young guests children must be below 4’ 9” or 1.45m to play in The Jungle.
No exceptions can be made and we ask that non-paying children must remain off the play equipment.

  Any persons ignoring this rule may be asked to leave The Jungle.

Children who are unwell must not use the facilities.

Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.

For hygiene reasons children and adults must wear socks.

Only food or drink purchased at The Jungle Express café may be consumed on these premises.

No food, drinks, sweets or chewing gum are to be taken into the play areas.

No drinks containers are to be taken into the play area.

Smoking is not permitted.

Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc must not be taken into the play area by anyone using the play equipment.

Personal items must be left with parent/guardians.  We cannot accept any liability for theft.

Verbal or physical violence towards any team member or visitor to The Jungle will not be tolerated. 

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or ask anyone to leave The Jungle without refund should these rules not be followed.
